Iran, Russia to cooperate in aerospace field

Tehran, June 22, IRNA -- Iran`s Khaje-Nasiroddin Toussi University and Russian State Technological University, MATI, singed a letter of understanding to launch joint cooperation in the field of aerospace in future, it was reported here Tuesday.

The Public Relations Office of the Iranian university said in a statement today that based on the agreement, the exact time of its signing was not given, the two universities agreed to launch joint aerospace graduate courses in a near future.

MATI is one of the most distinguished universities of aerospace technology in Russia, added the statement. It also said that the Khaje-Nasiroddin Toussi University signed another letter of understanding with Moscow Auto-Road Institute under which the two sides would jointly cooperate in their fields of interest. The statement provided no more details on the two universities cooperation.
